Medication refills policy
Any medication refills needed for your pet has to be called in at least one week before running out of said medications. This is to ensure that your pet does not have to go without their medications if we don't have the medication in stock. This policy is to also ensure that our clinic has enough time to order the medications that is needed for the patient(s).
Food reorder policy
When ordering food please allow at least 3-5 day shipping time if it is food from Purina or Royal Canin If reordering Hill's Science Diet food please call by Friday 3pm to ensure the food will be in by that next Monday.
